Customers are reminded to always check their purchased product either collected from our farm, shop or from our delivery drivers to ensure they are not damaged. Tubby Chicks Poultry farm has the right to refused exchange of farm produce after delivery due to food and safety hygiene concerns. Furthermore, all farm produce purchased from out store will not be accepted if refund to our shops or farm.
